From the moment you inquire with us to the moment you step off that plane, we’ll ensure the planning process is seamless and, most importantly, enjoyable! Our clients find that the planning itself becomes part of the overall adventure. It’s the moment your initial idea begins to come to life – with thoughtful touches from us, of course.
STEP 1: GETTING TO KNOW YOU
Within just two days of receiving your inquiry form, we’ll be in touch to organize an in-depth discovery call. We love getting to know our clients and hearing first-hand what your vision might be. It’s on this call that our relationship really begins, and we’ll use this time to learn about your likes, dislikes and travel aspirations in order to move on to the most exciting part: creation!
STEP 2: OUR PLANNING FEE
We’ll end our discovery call knowing exactly what you want from your next vacation. To move forward, we’ll send over a contract and request our planning fee – something we’ll have discussed on our previous call. Unlike your typical travel agent, we act as a true advisory. Think financial or legal counsel, but much more fun! There are no off-the-shelf itineraries with Beyond Borders, literally everything is tailored to you to ensure you get the very best from your most precious asset: time. Our fees simply cover the hours it takes to research and plan your ideal luxury travel experience.
STEP 3: SHARING YOUR PROPOSAL
Nothing brings us more joy than sharing your itinerary with you for the first time. From hotel suites with the best views of the Eiffel Tower to hard-to-secure bookings at San Sebastien’s Michelin-starred restaurants; we’ll have spent hours upon hours utilizing our own knowledge, and the knowledge of our trusted global partners, to build your travel dream. We often find at this stage that our clients like to collaborate on perfecting those final details to suit their desires exactly. The result? A luxury vacation planned to the very last, beautiful detail.

STEP 4: VACATION MODE
As soon as you’ve let us know you’d like to move ahead, we’ll take care of everything else. Reservations, flights, transfers, anniversary gifts…whatever needs to be organized, we’re on it. We’ll then give you access to your digital travel app, containing everything you could need, from reservation information to visa details. The care won’t stop when you depart, either. We’ll be on hand throughout for any requests you may have (need a last-minute massage in Barcelona? No problem), and we’ll also be in constant contact with our partners on the ground to ensure everything runs smoothly.
STEP 5: WELCOME HOME
We’ll be eagerly awaiting your return to hear how it went. As soon as you’re ready, we’ll set up a call to chat through the things you absolutely loved, and perhaps the things you’d do differently next time. It’s all information we’ll carefully document and feed into your future adventures with Beyond Borders. Don’t be shy about sharing photos either – we love to see them!
